Participating Clinical Sites

The Nothern NH AHEC/North Country Health Consortium has partnerships with clinical sites in each of our six regions.  Our partners include Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital, Northern Human Services, Coos County Family Health Services, St. Vincent De Paul Nursing Home, Androscoggin Valley Hospital, Weeks Medical Center, The Morrison Nursing Home, Ammonoosuc Community Health Services, The Molar Express, Grafton County Nursing Home, Mid-State Health Center and Northern NH AHEC/The North Country Health Consortium.

Other clinical sites will be considered based on student and community need.
